Baked Smokey Orange Chicken Breast Wraps

  • Serves 10
  • 60g Schwartz Grill Mates Smokey Texan Seasoning
  • 120ml Orange Juice
  • 60ml Sunflower Oil
  • 1.2kg chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 2 large sliced Onions
  • 2 sliced Red Peppers
  • 1/2 shredded Iceberg Lettuce
  • 10 Tortilla Wraps

1. In a bowl, mix together the Schwartz Grill Mates Smokey Texan Seasoning, orange juice and sunflower oil. 2. Add the chicken to the bowl and mix together until the marinade has completely covered the chicken. 3. Marinade the chicken for at least 2 hours and drain before cooking. 4. Place the chicken onto a char grill and cook until tender and the juices run clear. 5. Heat the wraps and fill with pepper, onions, lettuce and chicken. 5. Roll up the wraps and serve with a side salad.
