Chesapeake Mary

Ingredients
  • Serves 6
  • 950 ml Tomato Juice
  • 60 ml Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 60 ml Cup Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Horseradish
  • 2 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Fine Ground Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 tbsp Celery Salt
  • 1 tbsp Sea Salt
  • 120 ml Pearl Necklace Oyster Stout
  • 1 tbsp Tabasco
  • 2 tbsp Simple Syrup
  • 355 ml Vodka
  • 6 Stalks Celery
  • 1 Lime
  • 6 Pickle Spears
Method

1. Mix ingredients and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Rim pilsner glass with Old Bay Seasoning and fill with ice. 2. Add 60 ml Vodka. 3. Add 180 ml Bloody Mary mix. Stir briefly. 4. Garnish with jumbo lump Maryland crab, pickle spear, celery stalk and lime wedge.
