Creamy Bacon and Mushroom Pasta
Ingredients
- Ingredients for 4
- 300 g Fusilli Pasta Twists
- 1 tsp Oil
- 4 Rashers Back Bacon, cut into strips
- 75 g Mushrooms, sliced
- 100 g Peas (de-frosted)
- 120 g Philadelphia Light with Garlic and Herbs
- 5 tbsp Milk
Method
1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Whilst it is cooking, heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the bacon and mushrooms until browned. 2. Reduce the heat to low and add the peas, Philly and milk, stir until the Philly melts and forms a creamy sauce. 3. Drain the pasta, divide between serving bowls and top with the sauce.
