Creamy Bacon and Mushroom Pasta

  • Ingredients for 4
  • 300 g Fusilli Pasta Twists
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 4 Rashers Back Bacon, cut into strips
  • 75 g Mushrooms, sliced
  • 100 g Peas (de-frosted)
  • 120 g Philadelphia Light with Garlic and Herbs
  • 5 tbsp Milk

1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Whilst it is cooking, heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the bacon and mushrooms until browned. 2. Reduce the heat to low and add the peas, Philly and milk, stir until the Philly melts and forms a creamy sauce. 3. Drain the pasta, divide between serving bowls and top with the sauce.
