Iceberg Wedge Salad with Sour Cream Dressing
Ingredients
 
						- Serves 10
 - Dressing:
 - 20g Old Bay Seasoning
 - 250ml Sour Cream
 - 250ml Mayonnaise
 - 50ml White Wine Vinegar
 - Salad:
 - 10 Wedges of Iceberg Lettuce
 - 200g Bacon Bits, cooked until crispy
 - Spring Onions, washed and sliced
 
Method
 
						1. In a large bowl, whisk or blend all the ingredients together for the dressing. Pour into a bowl, cover, and refrigerate until needed. 2. To serve, place a wedge of iceberg lettuce on a plate, top with the dressing, crispy bacon and spring onions.
