Iceberg Wedge Salad with Sour Cream Dressing

  • Serves 10
  • Dressing:
  • 20g Old Bay Seasoning
  • 250ml Sour Cream
  • 250ml Mayonnaise
  • 50ml White Wine Vinegar
  • Salad:
  • 10 Wedges of Iceberg Lettuce
  • 200g Bacon Bits, cooked until crispy
  • Spring Onions, washed and sliced

1. In a large bowl, whisk or blend all the ingredients together for the dressing. Pour into a bowl, cover, and refrigerate until needed. 2. To serve, place a wedge of iceberg lettuce on a plate, top with the dressing, crispy bacon and spring onions.
