Maryland Crab Au Gratin

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 454 g Crab Meat
  • 454 g Potatoes, sliced
  • 28 g Scallions, sliced
  • 113 g Swiss Cheese, grated
  • 113 g Cheddar Cheese, grated
  • 28 g Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 0.25 tsp Pepper
  • 1.5 tsp Sea Salt
  • Pinch of Ground Nutmeg
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 337 g Half-and-Half
Method

1. Combine crabmeat, potatoes, scallions, half the cheeses and seasonings. Combine egg and half-and-half. Pour on top of potato mixture and combine. 2. Place in a greased 11'' x 14'' pan. Top with the rest of the cheese mixture. Bake in a preheated conventional oven at 300℉ for 50 minutes or until potatoes are cooked. 3. Let set for at least 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with additional Old Bay Seasoning, portion and serve.
