Old Bay Nuts

  • 10 g Old Bay Seasoning
  • 200 g Unsalted Mixed Nuts, such as walnuts, pecans, hazelnuts and almonds
  • 20 g Unsalted Butter
  • 20 g Brown Sugar

1. Heat the nuts in a frying pan, stirring frequently, until they begin to toast; about 4 minutes. 2. Add the butter, the Old Bay Seasoning and the sugar, then stir until the nuts are glazed; about 2-3 minutes.
