Old Bay Shrimp

  • 120 ml Cider Vinegar or Beer
  • 950 ml Water
  • 2 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 454 g Large Shrimp, peeled and deveined, leaving tails on
  • 113 g Mayonnaise

1. Mix vinegar or beer, water and Old Bay Seasoning in a medium saucepan. 2. Bring to the boil on medium heat. Gently stir in the shrimp then cover. 3. Cook until the water just comes back to the boil and the shrimp are just cooked. 4. Drain well. Serve immediately or chill and refrigerate until ready to serve. 5. Combine mayonnaise and Zatarain's Remoulade Sauce, refrigerate and allow flavours to marry for 30 minutes before serving.
