Pork Chops with Philly Mustard Sauce

  • Ingredients for 4
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 4 Pork Chops
  • 120g Philadelphia Light
  • 3 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 800g Mash Potatoes with Margarine
  • Cooked Green Beans, to serve

1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the chops on both sides for approximately 10 minutes until browned and juices run clear when tested with a sharp knife. 2. Reduce the heat, add the Philly, milk and mustard. Stir well to combine. 3. Serve with mashed potato and green beans.
