Quick and Easy Philly and Smoked Salmon Pate

  • Ingredients for 10
  • 120 g Smoked Salmon Pieces or Trimmings
  • 200 g Philadelphia Light
  • 3 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 4 Pitta Breads

1. Place the salmon pieces or trimmings in a food processor or blender with the Philly and lemon juice. Blend together to mix well, but still retain some of the texture. Season well with black pepper and serve with pieces of warm pitta bread.
