Santa Maria Teriyaki Glazed Asian Sesame Salmon

- 10 Salmon Fillets or Darnes
- 3 tbsp Santa Maria Japanese Wasabi and Sesame
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 150 g Santa Maria Teriyaki Sauce
1. Preheat the oven to 180℃ 2. Brush a little bit of oil onto each piece of salmon. Arrange the fillets on a baking sheet and brush with Santa Maria Teriyaki Sauce to coat the top and sides. 3. Sprinkle Santa Maria Wasabi and Sesame onto each fillet to form a crust. Cook the fish in the oven for about 15 minutes. 4. To serve, drizzle the salmon with more Santa Maria Teriyaki Sauce. Can be served with stir fried or steamed greens, mixed salad, noodles or rice.
