Schwartz Cajun Spiced Chicken Baguette

  • 1 Multi Cereal Bagnet
  • Schwartz Cajun Seasoning
  • 6 oz Cooked Chicken Strips
  • The Scullery Jalapeno Relish
  • 30 g Iceberg Lettuce
  • 30 g Schwartz Bacon Bits
  • 30g Sliced Roasted Red and Yellow Peppers

1. Put the sliced chicken in a bowl and mix in the bacon bits and cajun seasoning. Cut the multi cereal bagnet in 2 and add a generous spoonful of the jalapeno relish on both the bottom and the top of the bagnet. 2. Place shredded lettuce on top of the relish, followed by the sliced peppers. 3. Spoon the chicken and bacon mix on top of the peppers and add the top half of the bagnet. 4. Slice in half if required.
