Schwartz Healthy Devilled Eggs

  • Schwartz Paprika
  • Schwartz Cayenne Pepper
  • Schwartz Chives
  • Schwartz Poppy Seeds
  • 1 tsp Schwartz English Mustard
  • 1.5 Hardboiled Eggs
  • Lea and Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1-2 Splashes Lemon Juice
  • 20 g Greek Yoghurt
  • Sprig Fresh Parsley

1. Split the hardboiled eggs in half, remove the yolk and place the yolks in a mixing bowl. 2. Add the paprika, cayenne, chives and greek yoghurt and mix together along with the lemon juice, mustard and worcestershire sauce. 3. Place the egg yolk mixture back into the egg whites using a small spoon or a piping bag. 4. Sprinkle over the poppy seeds for texture along with some chopped parsley, dust with paprika and serve.
