Schwartz Sriracha Spiced Quinoa Salad

  • Schwartz Sriracha Seasoning
  • 150 g Frozen Quinoa
  • 30 g Shelled Broad Beans
  • 30 g Diced Avocado
  • 30 g Cooked Broccoli Pieces
  • 20 g Newforge Sliced Black Olives
  • 10 g Newforge Capers
  • Mae Ploy Sweet Chili Sauce

1. Place the defrosted quinoa, broad beans, avocado and broccoli in a bowl and season well with Sriracha spice. 2. Place the quinoa mix in a container and sprinkle over the sliced olives and capers. 3. Drizzle the salad with Mae Ploy Sweet Chili Sauce to finish.
