Schwartz Sriracha Spiced Quinoa Salad

- Schwartz Sriracha Seasoning
- 150 g Frozen Quinoa
- 30 g Shelled Broad Beans
- 30 g Diced Avocado
- 30 g Cooked Broccoli Pieces
- 20 g Newforge Sliced Black Olives
- 10 g Newforge Capers
- Mae Ploy Sweet Chili Sauce
Method
1. Place the defrosted quinoa, broad beans, avocado and broccoli in a bowl and season well with Sriracha spice. 2. Place the quinoa mix in a container and sprinkle over the sliced olives and capers. 3. Drizzle the salad with Mae Ploy Sweet Chili Sauce to finish.
