Awesome Avocado Toast

Ingredients
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 2 fried eggs
  • 2 slices hearty bread, toasted
  • 1/4 cup prepared salsa
  • 2 tbsp Cholula Original Hot Sauce
Method

1. Mash avocado in a small bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of the Hot Sauce, stirring until well blended. 2. Spread avocado mixture evenly over each piece of toast. 3. Top each slice of toast with fried egg and salsa, then drizzle with remaining Hot Sauce to serve.
